Remember the gorgeous bracelet that everyone raves about but you can’t stand to wear it because by the end of the day your wrist feels like it was in noose and that beautiful clasp cut into you.  Beauty is great but not at the expense of comfort! Here at P2 Jewelry we test all of our designs for comfort and wearability. That said, no 2 people are exactly alike and what works for us might not work for you. No worries, return it!

Not Exactly Right

We have all had the experience of purchasing an item online and it not being exactly what we needed, maybe the color was off or the sizing wasn’t quite right. No worries, return it!

Though we seldom receive returns, we understand if the size or color of your piece does not meet your expectations. Whatever the reason, we want you to be thrilled and delighted by all your purchases from P2.  

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.

If doesn’t the piece doesn’t meet your expectations. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return it.  The only exception is customized or personalized items. Please return it in the original condition complete with packaging.  Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returning is EASY

Please take the following steps to submit a return request:

  1. Log into our store using your email, then go to My Account

  2. Go to completed orders, then click Return Item (s) next to your selected item.

  3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Received Wrong Product

  • Wrong Product Ordered

  • There was a Problem with the Product

  • Size wasn’t quite right

  • Color wasn’t quite right

  • Not what I expected

  • Other

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective we can’t accept returns.
